Roman Coin?

Could someone identify this coin and

 date of it?

A photo of both the obverse and reverse along with weight and diameter are needed. All that I can say from this is yes, it's a 3rd century Roman coin. It has a FELICITAS PVBLICA reverse and is most likely a sestertius of Julia Mamaea. With more info it might be possible to attribute an exact date to it.

19.09 grams  measurement is not round, so a little over 1 inch to 1 1/8th inch.
