Well I have tried cleaning it a bit, to try to get it a little nicer to help you guys identify the coin

 

 

 

I cant help you in identification but better photos might help others indentify it for you. You probably want to add weight, composition, thickness, and diameter as well.

Might be Eukratides obol of Bactria but not conclusive without some metrics.

Nothing really matches the details on the coin, the coin in the link has a piece protruding from the back, while mine does not. Mine has a man with something in his hand and another hand reaching downwards

You have the coin in your hand, you have more details. At least post quality pictures if you really want a good match.
