Hi everyone,

I need some help for identification of this coin. It was found in somewhere Serbia. The material of coin is silver, diameter is 11mm, thickness is about 1.5-2mm, weight is 1.21g.

I think it is an Celtic coin from Danubian area…

Many thanks for your help😊

Hello!

This is very hard to identify. I found this type but I am not to sure as there are hundreds.

N#119061

You could search up coins with the denomination “Unit” or if it could be gold, which it kind of looks like a “¼ Stater”.

Yes, this is my cat

It's slightly different but it's a celtic coin for sure. It looks like share some features with Nervii Stater so it might be from Gaul region.

Dear FeeFoo and Andy269,

many thanks for your help. I start this way for identification of coin.

Based on the size and weight it is a Gual 1/4 stater, but the material of this coin looks like silver not gold.

Maybe the real material of coin is electrum with higher ratio silver. I need to check it.
