Is this a coin around the period 1309-1346? Where is it from ? Size is 18-19mm , not perfectly round on all side.

 could be from England.

The design makes this time period a possibility, but it could be hard to identify the coin because much of the lettering is missing.

In case it helps someone, I think we can see VIL | LA   from 6:00 to 11:00 in the first photo.  Normally the mint name is on this side of the coin, so maybe one of our UK experts will recognize this.

This type was also sruck outside of England in the late 13th to mid-14th centuries.

 May be then Calais

Yeah, we were writing at the same time… I couldn't figure out the mint name since most English mints at that time seem to have CIVITAS ---.

I am even wondering if there is a variant with CALA | SIE since it seems the base of that fourth letter is rather broad.

If he was the only English sovereign to strike coins at Calais, then that must be it?

I agree that N#126367 matches the most among all the pennies. Thank you ZacUK and tdziemia for identifying the coin for me. it really helps.
