Could somebody tell me about this coin why it has the G instead of the C

It looks like an unofficial coin

At least the manufacturer had the honesty to put a distinctive sign to indicate that it is not a genuine coin. 

The calligraphy on reverse is odd, and the beginning of oxidation on obverse shows that the coin is not in silver.

It's also a new country!
