Strange islamic ae coin with face-like

I have this coin quite awhile but I cannot find any matches.

Looks like a face, maybe with arabic inscriptions, maybe not.

No idea, two sides same design.

Now I can narrow down my research, besides I think it is not umayyad, being found on Palestine means it is islamic for sure. And the other side is a bit different but now I know I can search simmilarities around.
