I'm not expecting much from this one.

It's an interesting coin, and if there is no answer yet, it's only cause it's hard to identify such an offstrike on reverse.

I bet Daoguand Boo-Su, small coin , H#22.623

Then … there might be other ideas that pop up …

Obverse looks right. On the reverse where this would be (ᠰᡠ) the part that has the little dot above it looks like a v instead of that. Getting close though I think

Based on the photo, I would identify that coin as Hartill 22.647. Obverse looks like having protruding head, two dot tong, coin is pretty small in size and reverse could be Boo je, but the photo is not the best one for identification. Hartill 22.647 is a Coastal Province type coin.
