This error is caused by a die crack. If your coin is indeed genuine, I do not believe this error adds additional value over bullion melt value. Additional value over melt value is generally added only if the coin is in MS 63 or better. Your partial photo does not lend itself to determining authenticity or grade. Of course there are those that MAY be willing to pay a premium for it due to the error but I cannot see why. Most collectors want them pristine.
