here is the original counts from the Jansen catalog:

Jansen used a strange system giving the reeds per centimeter (e/cm):
He used the diameter of 2.1 cm for his calulations, so interpreting his measurements to give the full amount of reeds on the perimeter, we have to calculate the perimeter in cm = 2.1cm x Pi = 6.5973445725 cm and then use his count per cm to get the number of reeds:
26 e/cm = 171.53 reeds
21 e/cm = 138.54 reeds
42 e/cm = 277.09 reeds
17 e/cm = 112.54 reeds
I have the following coins in my collection and have counted the reeds for each year:

Now, that doen't really correspond to Jansen's findings, but might very well correspond to his error of the diameter 2.1 cm, whereas my coins have an average diameter of 2.083 cm.
I have set up a documentation based on my coins, and the three coins Jansen mentions, but I'm missing, since they obviously rather rare! The medium rim, which should be on 1975 137 reeds is thick:

It would be nice if some of you have the coins I miss, and if you would be able to count the reeds on them. I would the update the documentation.
Thanks for you help.
