Egyptian coin? [решено]

This coin is so similar to an Egyptian 20 Qirsh Mehmed V one, that I thought identification should be simple.  However, I have had no luck after much scouting around.  Can anyone help me with it please?

It is silver, around 32-33 mm in diameter and weighs some 13 g in its curent worn state.
