Unarchived mark [решено]

So I recently got a coin which has a mark not in the data page, does anyone know anything about it? It is a 1853 Dix Centimes from Mint BB and has an anchor at the left but a “Plus sign” at the right.

Looks like your coin was welded to something to show the eagle on the reverse. 

Not 1853.  It's 1863.  This coin:
