I've got two like this just with different presidents. I don't know much about them except one is worth $4.00. They are in much better condition than yours is though so it's probably not worth much.

ZacUK there is a reference on the numista catalog for those coin?

 There are some on here, not all. Not sure how many in the series: probably as many tokens as there have been presidents - though depends on when Readers Digest issued the series.
