Regarding N#213371 , the Banknote Book mentions the printer as “Note Printing Branch of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia”.

The Commonwealth Bank of Australia indeed has its first branch in Melbourne (Wikipedia) and the company Note Printing Australia, which took over the printing activity, is still located in the suburb of Melbourne (Reserve Bank of Australia, Wikipedia).

I ended up creating the printer as “Note Printing Branch of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia”, located in Melbourne, Australia.
