Old coin

Can anyone help me with this coin? If that what it is.  The measurements are approximately 14mm across and 2 ½ to 3mm in depth, weight is unknown 

It came from a deceased estate and on the bag which the coin was in it read India c:1000 years old. So I don't know if that helps

Yeah I reckon that you are heading in the right direction but none of the photos match my coin. Is there a website that may have more photos of the coins? Oh by the way, thank you 😊 for your help. 

Gieson, those photos I have gone over them as well as I can. There is one or two that come close and taking into account that my coin seems to have a lot of wear and tear, actually is my coin much smaller in diameter than others? Cause it doesn't have as much stuff (?) on it to identify the coin. 

However I still think that my coin is different from the photos.
