Chinese coin - 24mm diameter, 1.5mm thickness, weight 5gr, allegedly silver

That the closest I found on Numista as well (there is also a silver version of this pattern coin), though the diameter and weight do not match. Do you know what the rest of the writing on  the coin says ?
