It's a Greek provincial coin (i.e. a Greek coin struck under Roman rule).

On the obverse there is enough of the legend to identify the emperor: Severus Alexander:

...ΞΑΝΔΡΟ...

There are only three coins in the catalogue if you search “Roman Provinces” + “Severus Alexander”, and none matches yours.

Try Wildwinds > Severus Alexander. The provincial coins are towards the bottom.
