Help Identify Coin (Japan?) [решено]

Please help me identify this coin.

This coin is brass I believe.  It is 1.0 grams, 16.7 mm in diameter, .7 mm thick. 

Not Japanese, Chinese. Machine struck coinage, some of the last of the empire so you will find it THERE.
