It’s 7.9 grams and it measures 1 ¼ “  across

"DREAD PIRATE" similar to N#230823

I now that they make  replicas and sell on Amazon but they only weigh 2.1 grams. This coin weighs 7.9 grams. Just trying to see if it’s real or not.

Hello — As rsirian1 points out, it does say DREAD PIRATE in the legend (first photo). But even without that obvious proof that it is a modern token, the surface is typical of many modern imitations of old coins.

Now… is there any chance it is made of gold?? Of course I don't think so, and the one in the link is said to weight 24 grams, but it shows you there's a wide range of “Dread Pirate” tokens.
