Error Coin?

Is the coin on the left an error Coin on the account of the year being visible in top half?

Those are fractions of a mm of misalignment on a coin that is made in less then a second that you would hardly notice if that coin wasn't a bimetallic one.
Error in the sense of deviating from the optimal outcome yes, significant … no.
