Is this a coin or a token. Krause has a km# 215 but the description is wrong. I don't think it is silver and it looks matte and not proof.

It will be a matte proof non- circulating issue, I think the Royal Mint may strike these and they always make stupid designs on the back like that..
The only non-circ coins that are commonwealth/empire that don't annoy me are the Indian Ocean territory, Tristan da Cunha, Gough/Stolentoff/Nightingale islands, Niue, Pitcairns the Turks and Caicos. After that they seem to all have cheesy events on like the British Antartic Territory £2 is a little cheesy although I will probably end up with one.. And the South Georgia and the Sandwich Islands with the Terra Nova expedition on !
