Ottoman coins or exonumia

I haven't found these in coins or exonumia. My best guess is they're belly dancer tokens. Most are 15mm. They're extremely thin. Less than 0.5mm. placing them individually on a scale doesn't give a reading but combined on a scale the total weight is 0.8g.

All are ottoman para 14_1900s

1187 and 1201 on the ones I can see. Very poor quality minting that's why I don't think they are actually coins. They're also extremely thin. Maybe 0.25mm.

I see a 1187, a bad 1187 (broken 8), a 1203 and a 120?
