Help with Variant - Ort koronny Sigismund [решено]

Hello. I was hoping to narrow down what variant this ¼ Thaler is. I was reading the date as 1621 though it’s mushy. Thank you for your time.

Yes, definitely a 1621.  And “mushy” is often par for the course on these.

There are many minor variants of these SIgismund ¼ thaler coins that don't affect the value much. 

In our catalog, Kopicki 1272 Punch 1 (obverse legend ends in PRV M) seems to be closest match.
