I think i found a new coin error. [решено]

I was just inspecting new coins that i bought. I was looking at 20 Dinara 1938 engravers name, and it's doubled. Does enyone know about this, and is it worth more or not?

No i can't, bicouse i am using a luttle handheld microscope. Thats the best i can do.
