1 Euro coin without year of issue

I'm new to this coin collection, but i have stumbled across latvian 1 euro coin without the year of issue I was wondering is it rare and how much is it worth.

Probably still 1 euro. all the post mint damage on the left side wiped out the date. 

your tank station parking lot coin find is not only rare it is unique.

go ahead and list it on ebay for 1500 euro and you might find a sucker.
