1.5 g , approx. 16 mm diam. thin planchet , arrived in a bulk lot of ancient coins , have id some abbasid etc , have tried another site with no luck at all . a real mystery one , thanks in advance for any input , regards dave

I think it is not Ottoman Mangir, I have not seen that kind of inscription on Ottoman Mangir coins. I have a reference book of Ottoman Mangir coins and Murad I did not have that kind of coin (1324-1360 AD). It is a bit similar but still I believe it is not that one.
