i can see a 3 in the date, looks like maybe 130x?

The revised photos are better, but still not  in the correct orientation. As yarnmisery mentioned, the rounded bottoms of the letters should be down. For the revised photos, the first one should be further rotated about 45 degrees clockwise and the second one about 90 degrees clockwise.
