Hello,

 

can anyone help me id this coin? Picture ID on Numista did not finnd it for me.

Seller did not seem to really know what it is but described it as a Billon Japanese Mameitagin coin.

I am not an expert for these but it's either a fantasy piece or if contemporary and has anything to do with Japan, a private issue IMO.
