2000 Finland 1 Euro, off center?

This 1 Euro coin has a few errors on it and I am curious if that adds any sort of value, or if it is quite common ? The coin itself seems quite off center with a portion of the center image on the gold ring. It also seems that one side is considerably thicker than the other.

The design on the core is supposed to spill over onto the outer ring. It's an anti-counterfeiting feature? Unless I'm reading this wrong?

What I meant was that there is a bit of the inner design on the gold part that I don't see on the regular coin. I've circled it in red and posted a pic from Numista. Also the right side seems much wider. Is that normal?
