It's not an error at all the die alignment is simply a bit to the left and situating the 1 on the gap were the two planchets meet, the 1 is still there just split. IMO something like this doesn't warrant a year line, people can add that as a private or public comment in their collection.

Agree. That's why I requested a full picture, to point out how the strike was shifted to the left.
