Papal States Coin ID [решено]

I've had this coin for awhile now and have had no luck identifying it. I've combed the numista site, the Krause catalogs, auctions, ebay and I can't find this one anywhere. If anyone has any info on it I would greatly appreciate it.

My guess is probably late 1600s, about 21mm in diameter and about 3 grams of copper.

Thanks!

The Papal coat of arms belongs to Pope Innocent XI (1676-1689).

Other than that, no luck at all.

Looks to be a rare coin pulled out of circulation after only a few were made because of some engraving slip up
