Coin from somewhere in Asia, I have no clue [решено]

This is the coin, I'm not sure what side is the obverse or what side is the reverse. In fact I have no clue about this coin. Any help on anything would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Afghanistan under Abdur Rahman 1880-1901 AD, Herat mint, this type is dated both sides at the bottom but not clear, looks like AH 1317 (1899) AD

They are not particularly scarce or anything and on Ebay the ½ Rupee might sell for around £12 in good condition
