It's not rare, it's certainly not mega rare, it's not brilliant and it's a long, long way from being uncirculated. Apart from that, the green stuff in every crevice and the initials carved in it... it's perfect.
Did a professional coin dealer use those terms to describe it?
Before you add the mega rare tag to all those coins, remember I know where you live.
Non illegitimis carborundum est. Excellent advice for all coins.

No I picked this up for a gag! £1...it had to be done.
Also, a coin dealer did actually use the term mega rare to describe a more modern commemorative set! Rick and I came up with several better rare terms and will be adding them to the BS dictionary of coin dealing.

It was really quite amusing. We were actually leaving that section of the Fair when we heard him use that term towards a prospective customer. Ben and I both stopped in our tracks, turned and looked at each other as if to say, "Did he really just say that?" Then as we looked on, he used it again and again and he even had the cheek to keep a straight face as he did it! As Ben said, we then moved on, making up several more, equally ludicrous, superlatives.
Just because you can't see it ... doesn't mean it isn't there - Anon.
