(presumably) Ottoman coin

Small hammered silver in pretty bad condition.

 Found in northern Serbia.  It weighs less than 1 gram, it's 0,4 mm thick and around 1 cm in diameter .

I have done some research, and it is very likely that it is ottoman akca, as it matches by size, geographical location, and kinda by design 

Also, what could be approximate price of this coin?
