Dates on modern Armenian coins

Does anyone know whether the dates on recent coins are “stuck” at 2004 and are being minting still, or did they simply order a huge amount in 2004 and they are still being put into circulation. My guess is they are “stuck” as I received shiny “2004” coins during my 2018 visit. Thank you in advance for any information, which would be useful to put on Numista as well.
