First I believe also it is a ottoman coins akce type but it little bit larger around 19 mm and little bit heavier around 0,9 mm.

After that I notice some crosses so may some sud Italy.

Definitely Islamic, what you see as a cross is part of Arabic script

Maybe but please give me a direction , ottoman it is not to big.
