Help to id Roman coins [решено]

I have a batch of 9 Roman coins to try to identify, as there are several, we will go little by little. Most of them can be read a few things.

(I can't measure the weight, my scale broke)

First:

Diameter between  ≈ 18.40 x 19.00mm

Thickness ≈ 1.78 mm

Second:

Securitas Reipublicae

Diameter between  ≈ 11.96 x 15.54mm

Thickness ≈ 1.32 mm

Third:

I can read Valens, and it is Securitas Reipublicae

Diameter between  ≈ 15.08 x 15.13mm

Thickness ≈ 1.97mm

Fourth:

Diameter between  ≈ 15.06 x 15.12mm

Thickness ≈ 1.04mm

Identifying emperors solely by a worn out portrait is not my strong, but they all look Constantinian period.

By the way, in #1 and #2 I can't enlarge the photos.

On #1 I think I can read CONS(…), and the reverse certainly looks like a VOT (insert number) type.

On #2 and #3, you already did the bulk of the job.

For #2 we can still try to determine the emperor, but for the reverses of the two I think we can't go further than that with the few to none letters remaining, the mintmarks looks lost.

On #4, with the two Victories at the reverse the type looks certainly VICTORIAE DD AVGG Q NN.

The portrait looks to be reasonably visible but the letters are gone (except perhaps a CO… at the beginning). On the reverse, nothing readable, so the mintmark is lost.

Fixed the zoom.

In the #1, here in my hands I can see the AVG, and on the other side, the last letter looks like an A.

In #2, I think you can see now with zoom, there's an something like "TE  A" in mint mark. Maybe can be “TESA” from Thessalonica.

Here other photo of the #2 with the name of the emperor.

In the #4, here in my hands, i cant see anything that can help too. Maybe an A  on the left in the mint mark.

The first one is probably Constantine I CONSTAN-TINVS AVG/DN CONSTANTINI MAX AVG around VOT XX.

I think your TESA coin is also Valens, just by judging the amount of room for letters, D N VALENS PF AVG  (with a legend break either just before or just after the S).

Giobruno has identified the type for #4, but I can add that it can only be Constantius II or Constans as the type dates to around 347-348 CE.  Really hard to separate the two in this condition where you can clearly make out so few characters.

Purplexed

The VOT XX also have a star ★. Like this two:

Nummus - Constantinus I DN CONSTANTINI, VOT XX; Heraclea

Nummus - Constantinus I VOT XX*; mintmark with dot; Heraclea

As you said the #2 can be Valens, in the lot there were a total of 14 roman coins, of them, there were 2 full legible Valens, and now, 2 more coins. There was one Honorius and Theodosius 1st. Judging by the age range of the coins, that's probably true.

All other Valens also were Securitas Reipublicae, one from Siscia and other from Thessalonica
