I kinda know that this is 1 Cash from China but I couldnt find the exact same of this on Numista. What is this?

The symbols at the top of the first image identify it as a coin of Emperor Qianlong.

Only one matches the right symbol on the second image.

The page has eight mintage lines with the differences described.
