Can anyone help me to identify this coin?

0.45g

15mm

Salve,ci vorrebbero delle foto più ravvicinate e nitide..così non si capisce niente.

Thank, I'll try to take better photos later

Possibly a Sicily denar of Carlo d'Angio (Charles of Anjou).

This one is close, but not an exact match: https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=8384338

Added:  Maybe not.  I cannot find a long cross like this on any of his coins.  And probably many other European rulers struck coins like this in 13-14th c.  But the size matches an Italian denaro piccolo (or half denaro imperiale) pretty well.

Are we even certain it is a long cross? It appears to me that it has been impacted from the other side as evidenced by the long recess on one  side and subsequent protrusion on the opposite side giving the impression of a long cross. The brighter highlights on both sides corresponding to the cross suggest a later impact as well and would not be original to the coin. Photosearch brings up almost exclusively short cross examples albiet with different symbols in the quadrants of the circle.

Well, while the coin might and most likely was impactet at some point, I'd say that this cross is very distinct, as it's got a circle in the middle, some “letters?” In beetween and then another circle that cuts through it. That's why while doing my research I was trying to find the closest match to that cross instead of the portrait of the monarch which is pretty vague.

Also, this coin looks more copper/billon instead of silver.

It's possible that there is a crease and no cross, though I think I see the “foot” of a cross pattée reverse.

Also possible the cross has “ghosted” to the obverse which is a common effect on medievals line this

i am wondering of there is an alpha and an omega for two of the symbols around the center reverse.

I will point out that I probably mistook the white powdery subtance I see now as light reflection in my other response when I altered the lighting. Not making any kind of judgement on compostion. Just what I think is an impact which may be distorting important clues such as the cross.

I've tried tracing it on paper to maybe get somw more detail

And some more pictures from different angles:

I don't think it's alpha and omega, that one symbol looks more like an M or an eagle.

👍

I had thought the readable letters in the legend on the cross side were KA, but now it looks like RA.  Maybe a C after that?

Yea, I also think it says RA. C

I think it might be this:

N#320467

It fits the diameter, weight, etc.

and also in the article sbout these, it is said that in one of the types  the most legible letters are RAC
