Looks bronze. I can't tell the profile but guessing Apollo. Also can't tell if it is helmeted or not but also has a beaded border. Both obverse and reverse ar badly off centered. 6.7g 3mm 18mm. Letters are visible of what I believe is a grazing horse on the reverse. First one looks like the Greek letter Pi. And maybe an E. From searching many with the grazing horse are Troad. But what I can see is comparable to this one:
