I want to know about this coin and what is its value?

Hi DEMiS145.  I believe that it's the German "1 Pfennig".  But, you didn't show the other side (which has the denomination).  So it's one of these:

It looks pretty damaged.

This is a badly damaged Federal German 1 pfennig coin.

Worthless in this state. Even pfennigs in decent state are worth little or nothing because they are so awfully common.

You can keep it together with other badly damaged and worthless coins if you want to hold on to it, or dispose of it in the garbage bin. I'm very much against destroying cultural heritage that withstood the times, but in this case, it's more of a burden than a treasure.
