15mm Silver coin with clear Arabic (?) legend

This 15mm silver coin weighing .3-.4g. appears to feature an Arabic legend that I can’t read.

I’d be very grateful for any direction (time period, nation/dynasty/ruler) that anyone can provide.

Does have a year 1171AH. Ottoman. Has Tughra on one side. Maybe N#55962 or more likely this:  N#42255 Looks like RY 87 (1187AH).

You're welcome. I'm sure now it's the second one with the 87 at top. I should not have said that's the RY. I think mintage year is the correct term.
