Welcome to Numista. It is difficult to say anything about this item with the photos provided. How about focused photos with better lighting and with the item in the proper orientation? At first glance, it appears to be a poor replica of something saying U.S.A. quarter dollar with a very ugly eagle on the reverse.

I think it's exactly that, despite OP's poor pictures, and that's where he got the NRI 95.

NRI is high, mainly because very few members collect this kind of tokens. For that reason value is probably very low.

Not trying to get off topic, but for some reason the page says that the coin is made of platinum, when it looks like it’s made of plastic

US $11.20 assuming it is 100% platinum and weighs 0.34g.
