Hi New to coin collection and found this moldovan coin from 1990 wich is wierd

Not 1990

Choices of 1993 / 1995 / 1996 / 1999

The general condition shows it has had a hard life,

including the date, which looks like it had has been damaged,

especially to the deformed 0 number.
