This one is fairly common. It's not unusual for me to find one for sale in the US for 0.25-0.50 usd. As far as what a coin is worth there's two values. One is a book value. The other is what someone is willing to pay which could be higher or lower than what's in a price guide. Look on auction sites at past sales or what current bidding prices are going at.

Thanks for the info for this coin, I have never seen this coin before. Thanks for sharing the picture :)

Also it's small bit of Canada's second world war history using the V for victory which was common among the allies. I didn't know this before reading in the above link there is Morse code around the edge. Though not an expensive coin it's still a good piece for show and tell with the kiddos.
