Obverse is similar to the 100 Rubles but reverse is similar to 20 Rubles already shown in catalogue.

“Die varieties exist”. Numista and Krauze show year 1338 images. in ucoin.net year 1339 version looks as in original post and has same KM number assigned. Book about them is sold from various sources in one country, but UK will probably have problems paying for that book atm.

You would also need person who can read more than just numbers in Arabic as there are counterfeits released in 197x with mostly broken Arabic text.

If you can detect zinc instead of tin in alloy, it is probably counterfeit. Article about them tells that counterfeits are brass.
