gilded 5 cent coin 1983 from the Netherlands. Is this coin valuable?

You frequently encounter coins that have been plated with various metals, because this is a typical school experiment. The coin itself is not rare or valuable, so that value is what someone else is willing to pay for having such changed coin.

It would surprise me if it is really gold plating. More likely brass or another yellow alloy.
