Strange coin or token ID [решено]

 Hello,

Got this coin (?) in a large lot . Backward S obverse and a half hole  in the center of reverse . 

weight 4.53 g 

circ. 16.5 mm

thick 2.5 mm

I am thinking it may be a button and not a coin , but the backwards s?   I have no clue.

Any help would be most appreciated!!

 It was a seal - the wooden handle broke off. 

So yes when used in hot wax it left an impression of S the correct way round.
