I have what looks to be an ancient Greek coin but it has a counterstamp on the bust on the obverse which is a new feature to see for me. The bust faces left while on the reverse I cannot see what features there is but there is some hinting of lettering. Other features include

Buongiorno.perchè secondo me è un bronzo di Arados in Fenicia con Tyche turrita e prora ma il diametro è piu piccolo e non trovo comunque monete similari con quel diametro. Te ne posto una come esempio.

Apologies, apparently my calipers were not calibrated when I was using them when I measured this. Looks to be from 17 to 18 mm, apologies I was very sure that I had measured them the right way and you were correct in seeing the measurements were a problem.
