Unknown Islamic States [Silver] #8

I have here what I believe to be a coin from the Islamic States and I am hopeful that this will be identifiable. 

Here are the specs:

- Silver composition identified

- 11.5mm in diameter

- 1mm in thickness

- 0.77g
