Identification: Potentially Roman Provincial Coin

Hey Everyone,

I was wondering  if anyone  could identify  this. It has a face on both the obverse and the reverse one male and one female. On the female side, there is a round star counter mark and an m like mark as well. My theory  is that it's  a Julia Domna and Septimius Severus marriage  commerative coin. The weight is 3.91 grams and diameter of 15.1 mm. I think it's  bronze.

I tried searching  everywhere online  but to no avail. Please  help.
